Safe Communities & Respect for Law

I support law enforcement, firefighters, first responders, and safe, stable communities where families can thrive.

Coming from an immigrant family, immigration is deeply personal to me. My grandparents spent years in a displaced persons camp before coming to the United States because they believed deeply in the opportunities and freedoms this country offers.

As an ESL teacher, I work closely with immigrant families from many backgrounds. I’ve seen both the hopes people carry and the challenges many families face while trying to build a better life.

I believe Minnesota can be both compassionate and responsible — supporting legal immigration, respecting the rule of law, protecting constitutional rights, and focusing public safety efforts where they matter most.

Most families are not looking for extremes. They want safe communities, fairness, accountability, and leaders who approach difficult issues with both common sense and compassion.
